Equipment
Swimmers in all age groups are required to have the following gear:
Required for Practices
- Swim suits:
- girls - one piece suit
- boys - jammers (recommended) or swim trunks
- Goggles
- Swim cap (optional)
- girls with longer hair will benefit from wearing a cap
- Towel
- Bag for gear
Required for Meets
- Team Suit - Please purchase at Augusta Swim Supply (265 Boy Scout Rd.)
- Team T-Shirt - will be ordered with registration
- Team Cap - will be provided at or before the first meet
- At least 1 good pair of goggles (better to bring 2 in case one breaks)
- At least 1 towel (may need 2 to dry off with & sit on)
- Dark colored Sharpie - To write your child's events on their arm/leg before the meet
- Books, playing cards, games, etc. for between events (optional)
- Only bring electronics at your own risk!
- LOTS of Dolphin Team Spirit- good sportsmanship to cheer on your teammates!
